Our purpose has two levels. To advance the soul’s growth while at the same time, our

being gives to the Source. We are here in this life because every moment we live, think,

and interact with others is also being shared with the Positive Energy Force. Without

creation, Source would exist in nothingness. It may know it exists, but there would be no

learning, no growing, no self-awareness.

Consider further, if there was Source and nothing before creation, what was used to

create with? The Creator had to use its own being because that is all that existed. Thus,

we are Source experiencing Self through creation. (This topic will be considered in

future posts.) Each one of our lives is a process of giving to the Creative Force because

we are of it. Each of our actions, thoughts, and attitudes are constantly being fed back

to Source. In this way, the Creator grows, learns, and experiences it’s Being.

Life is a mystery that tingles the spine and pushes us to be all we can. A mystical

feeling comes one day, and we know we are here for a reason. There is something we

are supposed to accomplish. The problem is that we have no idea what that task could

be. Many of us go on a trek to discover our purpose and find a deeper meaning in our

lives.

The topic of purpose leads us in many directions. Like going to the beach with a Geiger

counter to find hidden treasures as we explore new discoveries that pop up and lead to

multiple paths.

Before a soul becomes physical, together with the soul family, it plans the goal it needs

to achieve during its time on Earth. That task is always for the soul’s personal growth

and for the betterment of the world.

To have the highest chance of success with the goal, the soul makes intricate plans

about its future life that will guide it to success. What people would be best to guide the

soul to its task? These are individuals who will have an impact on pushing us toward our

goal. Our family members shape our outlook and send us into specific directions. We

learn our attitudes, ways of seeing things, understanding of the world, and even the

treatment we receive while growing up. Thus, we learn how to treat others and what to

expect of the world.

Some people may ask, “Are you telling me that I asked to be abused and mistreated like

I was?” No, you didn’t, your soul did. But why? Based on what I have learned, there are

two factors to consider here. Souls often choose difficult lives because that is where the

most spiritual growth happens. And this life to us can be very long and painful. But from

the soul’s point of view, our lives are extremely small and over in a blink. There is no

time at the spiritual level. It is not unusual for the soul group to argue with the life the

soul chooses, with a warning that it will be very difficult. But the soul having the life has

the last say.

We also choose other significant people in our lives who will guide us toward our goal:

our best friends, siblings, people we are going to be close to and people we want to

avoid. We also choose individuals who may only be in our lives for a fleeting moment

and say or do something that pushes us in the right direction. However, we do not

choose every single person we meet. Just the ones who will have an impact on us.

Next, we move on to events. What life events will help us to get to our goal? It could be

something as large as an earthquake or an accident or as small as seeing something

online that connects and gets us thinking differently. Once again, not every event in our

lives is preordained. It is only those that will take us to our task.

Now we know the people and things that will happen, we must choose the human we

will be. Will we be male or female, intelligent, or have learning problems? What will we

look like? Will we have physical disabilities or an illness we have to struggle with all of

our lives? What race, nationality, and country. What will be our sexual orientation? Each

of these factors is considered, with the purpose in mind.

After all the details are looked after, we come here with total amnesia. Our purpose is

now locked in place until it is done. It becomes like a contract that we cannot break.

We can take as long as we want or need to get our chore done. We can do it in one

lifetime or five lives, the spirit realm doesn’t care because there is no time in that

dimension. The bottom line is that we must get it done.

There are ways that our goal may not get done in this lifetime. Some may goof off and

decide not to complete their goal. We all know people who have given up on life and are

just putting in time until this life is over. Our task may not be done because the

significant people who play a role, aren’t, or can’t follow through on their end. Perhaps

they are one of the people who have given up, or they may have been accidentally

killed.

Frequently, I hear people say that everything is meant to be. Well, they are right at the

spiritual level of existence. You see, there is a divine plan, that is absolutely perfect.

There are no mistakes, and everything is exactly as it should be. But because we are

humans with egos and free will, that statement doesn’t always hold here. Yes, there is a

great deal that is meant to be, as has been spelled out above. However, we have total

free will because we are One with the Creative Force of the Universe. We cannot tell

the Source that it doesn’t have free will. We create this life moment by moment, and we

create what we want. At the Earth level, there are accidents, and we make mistakes,

and we don’t always complete our goals in one lifetime.

It’s hard not to do our task. Everything in our lives is geared in that direction. All we

need to do is follow our hearts. Repeatedly, souls are sent back from NDEs because

they haven’t finished what they came here to do.
