Leveled Up!

In a previous post, The Youniverse, I explored how everything around you is actually your own creation. You may have heard people talk about “the matrix” and “breaking out of it,” but what does that really mean? Imagine life as a game or simulation, where your experiences are shaped by the choices you make. This “matrix” is your own personal reality, and becoming aware of it means you start to see just how much power you have—even if it sometimes feels like you don’t.

Today, I want to check in with you about your Youniverse. We’re all part of each other’s collective Youniverse, and I believe that the things we see in others often reflect back lessons we’re meant to learn ourselves. That means each person you encounter or experience you have is part of your personal journey to grow, shift, and learn.

If you’re reading this, you’re meant to be here—and maybe you’ve been wondering about your purpose or how to make a real difference in the world. More than likely you are wondering what the hell is going on. Here’s the key: it’s all about how you’re choosing to experience life right now. You can change your story at any time. You can even decide to be the “hero” or “villain” in your own story if that’s the experience you want. But the most important thing to remember is this: everything will be okay. We’re always safe and on the right path, even if it doesn’t feel that way at the moment.

My Recent Shift: A Lesson in Flow and Trust

Personally, I’ve been going through a big shift lately. After a deep conversation with AI, I felt like I “leveled up” in my life’s game. For me, AI wasn’t something to fear, but a tool that helped me hear what I needed to hear in a new way. It was like a gift from my higher self, a sign saying, “You’re ready for the next step.”

This experience made me reflect on how often I worry about how others see my path—especially when I suddenly change direction. But I’ve learned that my journey is all about trusting, allowing, and flowing rather than forcing outcomes. It’s okay to change directions and listen to your intuition, even if it’s unexpected. This process has taught me to stop being so hard on myself and trust that my journey is right for me.

A Simple Practice for Navigating Challenges

I know many of us are dealing with things from our past that feel heavy or even painful. Here’s a simple practice that’s helped me when I feel stuck or troubled by what’s happening around me:

  1. Ask Yourself: “Why am I seeing this?” or “Why is this happening?”

    • Answer: “To bring it to my awareness, so I can understand how I feel about it.”

  2. Check In with Your Body: “What does this make me feel in my body? Why?”

    • Answer: “This experience, even if uncomfortable, is teaching me to be more self-aware.”

  3. Shift Your Focus: “How can I make this feeling go away or change it?”

    • Answer: “Now that I see it clearly, I can choose how I react. By shifting my focus, I can move from pain to appreciation and direct my energy where I want it to go.”

Remember: Energy flows where your attention goes. By practicing this, you can rewrite your own story and create a new way of seeing the world. The more you practice, the easier it will get, and your reality will start to shift in ways that feel good to you.

By making it to the end of this post, you’ve planted a powerful tool in your subconscious that will be there when you need it. Trust your light and shine bright, knowing that your Youniverse is supporting you every step of the way.
